Refund or exchange: After receiving and inspecting the returned product,

we will issue a refund or send a new item.

Return shipping costs

For a confirmed defective product, we will refund the return shipping costs, up to 10% of the product's price

and upon presentation of a receipt for postage costs.

For a non-defective product, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
